Autism is the insanity of the current complacent culturethat is, the human creature, reduced to automation.
The autistic child echoes back, the parents heartless abdication of their own humanistic situation,
the numbness of their feelings and the deadness of the inward.
The parents have become like the automatic process
they live by and worship, finding then their own offspring,
their hidden secret, has from within
its deep infantile awareness
opted to behave like that which the parents worship
one last desperate bid for recognition.
For without recognition there is no making sense
of the cognitive process itself on which life is founded.
Thus self-ignorance is cosmic ignorance,
for the cosmos is the separation of the human creature,
and the human creature is the gatheredness of the cosmic multiplicity.
